Step back into culinary history with the "Jefferson's Table" cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare some of Thomas Jefferson’s favorite dishes. Inspired by his passion for French cuisine and his fondness for homegrown Southern flavors, this class explores recipes such as rich Macaroni and Cheese, Capitolade of Chicken, and Sweet Potato Muffins. Recipes will be given. $5 non-refundable fee. WI residents only.
